By placing an order with Re:Born Cashmere, you are agreeing to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions outlined below. The following terms & conditions will apply between you and Re:Born Cashmere T/A Turtle Doves Limited when you buy an item from https://www. ReBorncashmere.com/.   

All goods remain the property of Re:Born Cashmere until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to reclaim any items that have not been fully paid for. 

These Terms & Conditions and the use of our website are governed by English law, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Our website and terms have been created for use under UK law. While we welcome international interest, we cannot guarantee that accessing our site or purchasing from outside the UK complies with local laws or regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance. 

A contract between you and Re:Born Cashmere T/A Turtle Doves Limited will only be formed once an order has been accepted, paid for, processed, and dispatched. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. 

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We aim to keep pricing accurate and up-to-date, but if a discrepancy arises, we will notify you before dispatch. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details. 

Delivery charges will be added to your order where applicable—see our Delivery & Shipping information for rates and timescales. 

If your order includes a free gift and you later return part of your order such that you no longer qualify for the gift, it must also be returned. If not, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. 

Shape CANCELLING YOUR ORDER 

You can cancel your order for any reason up until the point of dispatch. If you cancel within this time, we will refund any payments made within 30 days. 

Shape PAYMENT & TAXES 

We accept secure online payments via the Shopify payment gateway. All transactions with PayPal are subject to their terms, available on their website. 

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current UK rate, where applicable. 

  • Orders sent outside the European Community will not include VAT. 

  • Orders sent to EC member states will include VAT. 

  • Any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes that apply once your package reaches its destination are your responsibility. 

ShapeOUR PROMISE TO YOU 

We aim to feature our full product range on the website and keep stock updated. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock—if this happens, we’ll let you know and dispatch your order as soon as possible. 

Shape UK DELIVERY 

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only, and we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.  

Please let us know if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch. 

Shape PRODUCT ACCURACY 

We strive to show product colours as accurately as possible, but displays vary between screens. Colour differences may occur, and if you're not satisfied, you're welcome to return your item in line with our returns policy. 

Shape LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Re:Born Cashmere and associated entities shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including (but not limited to) loss of profit, arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products. 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website and are not responsible for any data loss or corruption. Similarly, we are not liable for the content of external websites linked from our site. 

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased. 

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these terms without notice. You may not do so without our written consent. 

No third party shall have rights under these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. 

These terms do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
